Michaelis Boyd, the architectural firm behind the houses, has an unrivalled reputation for excellence. They have worked on many prestigious commissions including residential at Battersea Power Station. Collaborating with interior designer Honor Riley and architects Michaelis Boyd on both concept and interior architecture, materials were sourced sympathetic to the history of the Phillimore Estate, whilst lifting it into the 21st century.

Treehouse Flooring was commissioned to supply all flooring throughout two houses and produced 10 bespoke staircases for both 5 storey homes. Military aged finish oak flooring was used throughout for both staircases and floors.
